They know what they’re doing and offer the best coffee break in the village. Small, quaint, mom ‘n’ pop. It’s what keeps Wilmette, Wilmette. Perfect destination on way to / from walks to the beach and the shore.
The scones (best in the area) and coffee are excellent. Reel-to-reel playing great music sets a friendly tone. Not a lot of seating but I've been in twice in the last month and each time we had our pick of spots
We love this cute little coffee shop.. one of our favorite things to do is go on a Saturday morning and grab a cup of coffee and a scone and enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood!
My best friend goes there weekly I wish I could too but I neither drink coffee nor eat sugar/gluten so I allow myself to slurge on smoothie or sconce once a month. The staff is friendly. The scones to die for. Smoothies without artificial stuff or corn syrup. My gf swears by their coffee and made it her weekend priority before going for the morning walk. The quirky part is the word of the day written on the dry erase- always educating... And they have the old fasioned magnetophone with the tape runnii g or LP vi yl player. Hiw can you not like your life when you drink your java to the sound of Changes by Yes???
Always reliable, high quality neighborhood coffee shop. Best scones around! Very limited menu, basically just coffee and scones, but both are worth seeking out. They roast their own coffee beans and make the scones from scratch. Scones often sell out early. Very limited opening hours: open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 7:00 to 1:00. Outdoor seating in nice weather.
Very good cozy place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. High quality coffee and fresh scones. If you don't live in the area, it's worth the drive. Those are the local places that you must check out.
Gorgeous small cafe/bakery. The baked goods and drinks are fantastic. We tried their "Vanilla Bomber" which is a vanilla iced coffee smoothie... Game changing.
